Our 2025 programs will include competitive and social options for women and gender-diverse people and new opportunities for junior girls to get involved in the game. Whether you're looking to compete, improve your skills, or simply enjoy playing football in a fun and inclusive setting, Northside FC has a place for you.

Here’s what’s coming up in 2025:

Women’s State League

Northside FC will field at least one team in the Football Victoria Women’s State League, competing as West Preston—Northside FC. As a new club, we will start in State League 5 with the goal to progress to a higher division. We are expecting to have a mix of playing abilities, with players experience ranging from former State League 1 to beginner-level players.

Depending on demand, we also plan to introduce a second team in 2025, which will be focused on community and social play. This team will provide opportunities for beginners or less experienced players to participate in the new Football Victoria Metro league.

Both teams are designed for individuals who want to play full-pitch football in a competitive setting.

Beginners Adult Program

Northside FC will offer a Go Football program for adults new to football, focusing on fun, making new connections, and learning basic football skills in a relaxed, judgement-free environment.

Junior Girls Program

Northside FC will launch the Go Girls program, aimed at encouraging and supporting local girls in football. This inclusive, fun initiative provides a safe, all-girls environment for them to develop their skills and enjoy the sport.
